01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 28ph online gaming platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features available at 28ph.net and through the 28ph mobile application ("the Services"). These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 28ph platform.

By accessing the 28ph platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or downloading the 28ph app — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 02 Eligibility

To register and use the 28ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 28ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 28ph platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 28ph services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 28ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 28ph will never ask you for your password through any channel.
• Account Security: You agree to notify 28ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 28ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• KYC Verification: 28ph may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

28ph supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the 28ph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's current payment terms, which may be updated from time to time.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 28ph account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by 28ph on a continuous basis. Processing times vary by payment method. 28ph does not guarantee specific processing times but endeavors to process all requests as promptly as possible.
• Withdrawal Verification: 28ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the 28ph account holder.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may not deposit funds from or withdraw funds to a payment account belonging to a third party. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
• Transaction Fees: 28ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 28ph bears no responsibility.
• Refused Transactions: 28ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

28ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 28ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonuses or promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — is strictly prohibited. 28ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 28ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted an offer in good faith.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 28ph platform — including but not limited to Dragon Tiger Luck, Callbreak, Captain's Bounty, Table Tennis betting, Football betting, Golf, and Entertainment games — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• RNG Certification: Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 28ph use certified, independently audited RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes or by the size of bets placed.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers using physical equipment streamed in real time. 28ph does not manipulate live game outcomes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, 28ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 28ph support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for applicable games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 28ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the 28ph platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or betting market on 28ph.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to 28ph support and are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the 28ph platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 28ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 28ph platform — including but not limited to the 28ph name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 28ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 28ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 28ph platform without the prior written consent of 28ph.

Any unauthorized use of 28ph intellectual property may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 28ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 28ph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

• Service Availability: 28ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 28ph's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
• Internet Connectivity: 28ph is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your internet connection, device performance, or any third-party service used to access the platform.
• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of 28ph to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 28ph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

28ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the 28ph Privacy Policy.

28ph collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and service providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations and 28ph's internal procedures. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, 28ph reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

You may close your 28ph account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

28ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 28ph will endeavor to notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 28ph platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 28ph support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 28ph operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to online gaming platforms in the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 28ph platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 28ph support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
